  - Devexpress .NET components (only if you want to use DevExpress UI controls)
  - Krypton Toolkit 4.0 (only if you want to use ComponentFactory UI controls)
  - one of the supported database servers (currently supported Microsoft SQL Server 2000, MSDE 2000, Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and Express, Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and Express, Microsoft Access 2000-2003, Oracle 8i, Oracle 9i, Oracle 10g with Oracle 9i or Oracle 10g client)
• Disk Space Requirements: 47MB (Trial or Basic), 61MB (Professional)

Basic Licensing Policy Terms

• The software is licensed per developer machine. This means that each person using or otherwise accessing the software for design, development, testing and deployment purposes must obtain the right to do so by purchasing an individual Developer License. The licensee may only use the software locally from each developer machine (the software may not be used from a shared network location by multiple developers).

Perpetual Ownership Policy

• Your license for the purchased version of NConstruct is perpetual. There is no annual renewal required.

Transferable Restriction Policy

• Use of the software is restricted to licensed customers with no right of transfer. Companies and organizations can only transfer their licenses between employees and contractors.

The processing of the European Union's (EU) Value Added Tax (VAT)
Private customers from EU member states must pay VAT on purchases of electronically-delivered products. If your company resides in the European Union and has a valid VAT-ID, please enter this information in the VAT ID field of our payment provider. If you do not enter a VAT ID, you will be recognized as a private customer and the applicable VAT will be added to the basic price (depending on the member state that you reside in). Corporate and/or private customers from USA and other non-EU countries are not affected by this regulation.
